Support for online/desktop

FilmStruck viewing online requires that you have the latest version of FLASH installed.  You must have FLASH installed in order to view FilmStruck content online. To get the latest version of Flash for your browser, go here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

FilmStruck supports video playback for most major internet browsers across PC and Mac, including:

  • Chrome: Version 50 or higher
  • Firefox: Version 45 or higher
  • Safari: Version 9 or higher
  • Internet Explorer: Version 11 or higher

Please ensure your browsers are up to date.  Older browsers are not supported and will not allow you to playback video or perform tasks such as password reset or account management. 

Viewing web content on your mobile devices: At this time, mobile internet browsers such as Chrome on Android phones or Safari on iPhones and Ipads are NOT supported for video playback, as well as functions such as Account Management.  Please visit FilmStruck online using a desktop browser to manage your account.

To browse FilmStruck fully and play video, please use the native applications available from the app stores (Free) to access FilmStruck on these devices.
