iPad or iPhone audio problem? Please Read

If you are getting video playing on FilmStruck, but no audio, please disengage your MUTE button.  Unlike other services such as Hulu and Netflix, FilmStruck respects the MUTE button setting on your iOS device.  This is because we feel people who turn on the MUTE button on their phones or devices really want to mute their apps. 

If you are still having issues with your audio and your button is ON and your volume turned UP, then please contact our customer service.
